I’m on tour starting tomorrow (3/22) until 4/1. I won’t be answering my phone much, but will try to check my email periodically. There are still a couple of units that didn’t get finished before tour, so that stuff will just be on “pause” until I get back.

Tour / workflow
I’ll be away on tour with Rosetta from 3/22 to 4/1. I’m not taking any new work until after 4/1, so that I can get finished with what’s already here before I leave for tour, and not have people waiting for an extra 10 days while I’m away.

Model B final revisions
I finally got this thing debugged. It’s still hard to say whether the power transformer I had before was “bad;” it may have just been marginal, or better used in a saggier design like a Plexi or JTM clone. I’m still waiting to hear from the supplier about how my measurements of it compare to a known good unit. I swapped in a Hammond 290HX PT and power output went up...

The circuit and lead dress are 100%, but there’s a supply issue that’s causing B+ winding to sag way too much under load, and I’m 90% certain I got a bad power transformer.
